Associate Director, Raw Material Quality Fate Therapeutics
Dr. Lauren Fong is Associate Director of Raw Material Quality at Fate Therapeutics, where she leads a cross-functional team responsible for developing science-driven, phase-appropriate analytical methods and risk-based control strategies for the company’s raw materials program. Leveraging a broad scientific background in cell biology, stem cells, genome editing, disease modeling, and cell-based assay design, she has worked across R&D and CMC functions to support the development of next-generation cell therapies. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of California, San Diego.
